Overview: The Events and Administrative Support (LETR) Intern will assist with planning, executing, and following up on events and campaigns. The role involves procuring in-kind goods and services, managing event supplies, fulfilling sponsor benefits, attending events, and performing other duties as needed.

  • Location: Headquarters Office, 1600 Forbes Way, Suite 200, Long Beach, CA 90810

  • Modality: In-person

  • Compensation: Non-paid internship

  • Time Commitment: 6-12 hours/week, minimum 3-month commitment, year-round; attendance at fundraising events required

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and people skills, excellent customer service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn new programs

  • Event planning experience preferred but not required

  • Must complete a volunteer application, required training, and background check
