Mentorship Programs

Our Mentorship Programs fosters a supportive community for young leaders by pairing them in small groups in a safe student-only online space. From STEM to the arts, we connect students with role models who excel in specific areas of interest. These role models offer valuable advice and encouragement, helping their peers navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

The Role Model program works hand-in-hand with the newly launched Triple V App. While our app aims to offer 24/7 access to resources and information, we recognize the importance of personalized guidance.

At Triple V, we believe in fostering a supportive community that equips students for success. That's why our fellowship program boasts a dynamic mentorship pillar, where you'll gain invaluable guidance from two distinct sources.

Connect with other students in the Triple V community who have similar interest and goals. Together, you can share study tips, plan new exciting projects, share your hobbies, and help each other navigate challenges.

PROFESSIONAL MENTORSHIP

DIFFERENT TYPES OF MENTORSHIPS

Our mentorship program operates through the Triple V app, accessible to all fellowship members for sharing and receiving support. The program distinguishes between two types of mentorship:

  • Peer-to-Peer Mentorship:

    • Fellowship members with demonstrated expertise in specific subjects can apply to become peer role models.

    • Peer role models lead and guide their own small communities within the app.

  • Professional Mentorship:

    • Peer role models are connected with the Triple V team to find professional role models.

    • Professional mentors provide career guidance and advice to help further the peer role models' professional development.

This dual approach ensures comprehensive support, fostering both academic and career growth. Our long-term goal is to have a student start as a fellowship member and eventually become a professional mentor, continuing to give back to the community by sharing their experiences and tips.
