Overview: Kairos Power offers a 12-week Mechanical Engineering Internship for Summer 2025 at their Alameda, CA, or Albuquerque, NM locations. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Current student pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Reliability, Systems, Nuclear Engineering, or related fields

  • Demonstrated technical application skills through projects, research, or prior internships

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB)

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and testing methodologies

  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

  • U.S. Citizenship or authorization under export control regulations
