Iridium is offering a Human Resources Internship for students interested in gaining experience in HR practices and operations. The intern will assist the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and various HR projects, providing exposure to key functions in talent management and organizational development.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Interest or experience in HR processes, recruiting, or employee relations preferred

• U.S. citizenship or legal residency required
