Overview: The Information Security and Intelligence Internship provides hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, including triaging security alerts, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity operations. Interns will work alongside security engineers, assisting with security monitoring, analysis, and remediation tasks.

  • Modality: In-person

  • Compensation: $18.25 - $20.25 per hour

  • Time Commitment: Up to 20 hours per week during the school term, Up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session, and Expected internship duration: 1 year

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a junior or senior-level undergraduate student pursuing Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

  • Foundational knowledge of IT concepts, cybersecurity principles, threat analysis, and incident response

  • Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license

  • Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
