Overview: Since 2004, INCIGHT has awarded scholarships to students with disabilities pursuing higher education, including community college, university, vocational school, and graduate programs. Scholars are selected based on their community involvement and ability to overcome personal obstacles. Recipients are required to complete 30 hours of community service or volunteer at an INCIGHT event.

Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a resident of California, Oregon, or Washington
Must have a documented disability as defined by ADA, DSM-V, IDEA, or other governing bodies (e.g., autism, intellectual disability, visual impairment)
Must be attending higher education (college, university, community college, or vocational school) during the 2025–26 academic year
Must provide enrollment verification to INCIGHT
Open to graduating high school seniors, current college students, and adult learners
