Overview: The Human Resources Intern will work onsite full-time during the Summer 2025 internship in San Diego, CA. This role supports the People Operations Team, providing practical experience in HR fundamentals, talent acquisition, HRIS, benefits, and more.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Management

• Expected graduation date between May 2024 and May 2026

• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information

• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
