Overview: The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program providing hands-on experience in retail store operations, sales, and management. Interns will engage in meaningful customer interactions and gain insights into business-to-business sales, marketing, and leadership, culminating in a project addressing critical business issues.

• Location: Memphis, Tennessee

• Modality: In-person ($17.50/hour)

• Compensation: Paid

• Estimated time commitment: Full-time

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Enrolled in a college or university during the internship

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled

• Preferred qualifications include a valid driver’s license, experience in retail or customer service, and proficiency in Spanish.
