Overview: The Service Sales Specialist Intern at Hologic will focus on engaging with dormant customers and offering promotional preventive maintenance services. Over a 10-12 week internship, interns will gain hands-on experience in customer success and service sales, participate in product training, and contribute to projects aimed at continuous improvement. Interns will also have opportunities to network with company leadership and learn about Hologic’s global impact.

Location: San Diego, CA
Modality: In-person
Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour, based on class standing and operational function
Estimated Time Commitment: 10-12 weeks, starting May/June and ending August/September
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be able to work full-time during summer months (May/June - August/September)
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with at least one semester remaining after the internship
Majoring in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Rising Junior or Senior
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Experience with ERP systems preferred; knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
High energy, self-motivated, and proactive with goal-oriented drive
Must be able to work onsite at the San Diego, CA campus (no housing or relocation assistance provided)
