Overview: Kelley Construction is seeking 2025 Summer Interns to gain hands-on experience in construction management. Interns will work under the supervision of experienced Project Managers, Field Managers, or Estimators, participating in real-world projects either on-site or in-office.

Key Information:

• Location: Louisville, KY

• Modality: In-person (travel may be required)

• Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Estimated time commitment: Full-time, Summer 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret building plans

  • Availability for full summer internship; willingness to travel is a plus
