Overview: A-DA’s Construction Pre-Apprenticeship program is designed to support underserved young adults, ages 17 to 24, by providing workforce training and professional certifications over a 10-week period. The program uses the Multi-Craft Core (MC3) Curriculum, approved by North America’s Building Trades Unions, and assists participants in applying for Registered Apprenticeship Programs in the construction trades.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
