Overview: The Capital Markets Associate (Spring Co-Op 2025) offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in impact investing, affordable housing finance, and social enterprise development. Interns will collaborate with the Capital Markets team to support capital-raising initiatives and develop innovative financial solutions to address affordable housing challenges.

Key Information:

• Location: Remote, with required in-person attendance in Boston during designated weeks

• Modality: Hybrid remote

• Compensation: $25/hour

• Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

  • Dates: January 6, 2025 – June 27, 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

• Strong academic performance in business, finance, or economics

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Interest in affordable housing and impact finance

• Strong communication and organizational skills
