Participants receive personalized guidance from Employment Consultants, from job matching and interview preparation to ongoing support throughout their employment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Primary diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disability

• Desire to work in the community

• Must not have severe behavior problems, uncontrolled mental illness, or active substance abuse issues

• Must have the legal right to work
