Overview: The 2025 Palomar Summer Internship Program provides college students with hands-on experience in the insurance industry through meaningful assignments and projects that contribute to Palomar’s growth. This program is a 12-week opportunity that runs from May through September, with flexibility on start dates and hours worked. Interns will collaborate across departments, gaining exposure to the operations of a growing Property & Casualty insurance organization.

• Location: La Jolla, CA and Edina, MN

• Modality: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office)

• Compensation: $19/hour

• Estimated Time Commitment: 12 weeks

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and based in the U.S.

• Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated

• Available for a minimum of 12 weeks

• Strong academic performance

• Passion for growth in a specific department
