Organization Overview: Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice at their Mira Mesa, CA location. The position involves performing a variety of duties, including vehicle repair to pre-accident conditions. The apprentice will follow the mentor’s guidance to learn how to read estimates, identify damage, and perform repairs with a focus on quality and accuracy.

• Modality: In-person, full-time

• Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour, plus bonuses for completing the program and 12 months of work

• Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance

• Must pass pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR check)

• No prior experience required, though collision experience or Vo-Tech certification is a plus
