Applicants must have resided in San Diego County for the last 12 months.

  • Applicants must be first time college students.

  • Applicants must graduate in 2024 from a high school in San Diego County.

  • Applicants must plan to attend a college or university in San Diego County for the 2024-2025 academic year.

  • Applicants must plan to be enrolled in college full-time, a minimum of 12 credit hours.

  • Applicants must have completed an application for financial aid (FASFA or a Dream Act application).

  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
