Overview: The Sales Executive Intern program provides a hands-on experience in understanding the insurance industry, agency operations, and developing critical sales and business skills. Interns will engage in lead generation, CRM use, marketing campaigns, and work alongside sales teams to explore career paths within AssuredPartners.

• Location: Sterling Heights, MI
• Modality: In-person
• Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time, Summer 2025
Overview:
Gain knowledge of insurance industry processes and organizational operations
Build critical sales skills including lead generation and appointment setting
Work on marketing campaigns, data analysis, and internal/external reporting
Collaborate with teams, attend carrier/vendor meetings, and develop materials
Eligibility Requirements:
Current student eligible to work in the U.S. (previous AssuredPartners employees are not eligible)
Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
