Overview: Ecolab is seeking applicants to join their Sales Development Program as a Sales Intern in the Institutional division. This 10-week paid internship focuses on consultative sales training, professional development, and exposure to the foodservice and hospitality industries. Interns will gain valuable field experience and may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

Key Information:

  • Location: San Diego, and Available in 25 locations

  • Modality: In-person, nationwide metro markets

  • Compensation: $22 per hour, eligible for overtime

  • Estimated Time Commitment: 10 weeks, full-time

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation in December 2025 or May/June 2026

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

  • No immigration sponsorship available

  • Preferred degrees: Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or Business Management

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
