Overview: Established in 2010, the Raytheon RAYPRIDE & NXGEN STEM Scholarships support LGBTQ+ students pursuing careers in STEM fields. Sponsored by Raytheon’s RAYPRIDE and NXGEN Employee Resource Groups, the scholarship aims to attract and train future LGBTQ+ professionals in science, technology, engineering, and math.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA for high school seniors, 2.8 GPA for undergraduate/graduate students

• Resident of San Diego County

• LGBTQ+ high school senior continuing to full-time** undergraduate study or LGBTQ+ full-time** graduate student

• Must attend the Awards Ceremony (May 31, 2025)
