Overview:

The RamaYear program is a 15–18 month launch-year experience for recent college graduates, providing an opportunity to live and work on a 240-acre campus in Rhinebeck, NY. Participants gain leadership and service experience, working in one of two tracks to support diverse groups of youth and adults.
