Organization Overview: Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Process Improvement Internship offers undergraduates an immersive experience in continuous improvement methodologies, such as lean leadership, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Interns will partner with leadership to enhance processes, improve production efficiency, and apply innovative solutions to reduce defects and increase yield.

Key Information:

  • Location Options: Various, dependent on assigned business needs

  • Modality: Fully Onsite

  • Compensation: $22.00 - $29.25/hr with a $5,000 relocation stipend if eligible

  • Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time, 10-12 weeks starting May 12 or June 16, 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Education Level: Undergraduate student in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026

  • Skills and Experience: No prior work experience required; excellent communication, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset required
