Overview: The Operations Internship at TA Services offers hands-on experience in a third-party logistics environment. Interns will assist in managing freight loads, maintaining communication with drivers and dispatchers, and ensuring timely and accurate coordination of shipments from pickup to delivery.

• Location: San Diego, CA, USA

• Modality: In-person

• Compensation: Paid

• Estimated time commitment: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve logistical issues

  • Familiarity with tools such as McLeod, Mercury Gate, Microsoft Office Suite, and load boards like DAT, Sylectus, and Truckstop
