Organization Overview: NFAR Works is an 11-month vocational training program for young adults with autism and related conditions, designed to build foundational job skills and explore various work types to enhance workplace competitiveness. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Open to individuals 18+ with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions

  • Interest in workplace skill development and potential job placement

  • Reliable transportation to and from the program site

  • Ability to communicate with staff and manage independent arrival and departure
