Key Information: Neurotalent Works has an insurance program geared toward advancing neurodiversity and disability inclusion in California. Launch your full-time career in the insurance industry with the (Neuro)diversity in Insurance Program and Certification. Learn about the insurance industry and strengthen your business professional skills and mindset with a cohort of neurodistinct job seekers.
You will receive 3 weeks of dedicated training and earn a certificate in Principles of Insurance, agency management system training, basic insurance transactions, and business professional skills. Here is a sample training schedule.
Our (Neuro)diversity in Insurance Program will connect you with an Insurance Employer to start day one of your full-time career. If you are not hired for this particular program, we will keep you in our NeuroTalent Works talent pool directory for future opportunities in insurance or other potential Business Industry positions.
You will always have a teammate with us at NeuroTalent Works in resume building, business professional skill support and an everyday mentor.
We will provide 6 months of personalized workplace optimization coaching and support for each hire and their manager to ensure a smooth transition and a solid foundation for success. We will be your trusted partner on this journey
