Overview: The Mosaics Internship at Cabrillo National Monument focuses on natural resource management, engaging participants in bird monitoring, data analysis, and science communication. Compensation: $768 per week + housing
Estimated time commitment: May 19, 2025 - August 9, 2025 (12 weeks)
Eligibility Requirements:
U.S. citizen or legal resident with a valid driver’s license
Enrolled undergraduate student with graduation after internship end date
Interest in natural resources management, ecology, or biology
Growth mindset and willingness to learn R programming
Comfortable working outdoors and hiking up to 2 miles in varied weather conditions
Experience in science communication preferred but not required
