Fisher (RBF) Scholarship Program, which is an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts for college sophomores and juniors, helping to attract candidates from historically underrepresented groups to the financial services industry. Since its founding in 1993, the RBF Scholarship Program has distributed close to $11 million in scholarship funds to over 750 scholarships to students across the United States.
