Overview: The STAR TRIO program at Mesa College is part of the federally funded TRIO educational opportunity outreach programs. Eligibility Requirements

  • Be enrolled full-time at Mesa College (12 units)

  • Intend to transfer to a four-year university or pursue a bachelor’s degree

  • Meet federal income guidelines

  • Be a first-generation college student and/or a DSPS student evidencing academic need
