Overview: The Marketing & Development Intern will assist in implementing Arc’s Marketing & Development plan to increase awareness and visibility of the organization and its programs. The role includes research, development, and securing grant and funding sources.

Key Information:

• Location: Sulpizio Family Center, 3030 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102

• Modality: In-person

• Compensation: Unpaid

• Estimated Time Commitment: 8-20 hours/week, minimum of 3 months, flexible schedule

Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to undergraduate/graduate students and others interested in marketing and development

• Familiarity with social media planning, posting, and management tools (e.g., HootSuite)

• Experience with image manipulation software (e.g., Photoshop, Publisher, Canva)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media content creation, and strategic marketing analysis
