Overview: This 10-week internship provides hands-on experience supporting manufacturing engineers in improving production methods, troubleshooting non-conforming products, and updating standard operating procedures. Interns will work cross-functionally, participate in validation and testing, and gain exposure to electro-mechanical systems in a diagnostic manufacturing environment.

• Modality: In-person

• Compensation: $24.00–$28.00/hour

• Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time for 10 weeks (Summer 2025)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program in an engineering field

• Minimum 3.2 GPA required

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and process sheets

• Interest in validation, process improvement, and quality compliance
