“The trainee will learn and excel genomics-based analysis of genes and mutational events driving antibiotic resistance in gram-negative bacterial pathogens. He will also be exposed to other directions of the bioinformatics-driven research in the Lab including in silico reconstruction of pathways and regulons.”
