Overview: Hologic’s Contract Specialist Internship offers law students the opportunity to gain practical experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating sales contracts within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Interns will collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with Hologic's legal terms, conditions, and policies.

Key Information:
• Location: San Diego, CA, U.S.
• Modality: In-person
• Compensation: Paid internship; hourly pay range is $23 - $30 per hour, determined by class standing and operational function.
• Estimated Time Commitment: 10-12 weeks during the summer months (May/June - August/September)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a law degree program with at least one semester remaining after the internship
• Undergraduate background in Business, Science, or Economics preferred
• Basic knowledge of contract law and experience with redlining
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work independently
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to work onsite at the San Diego, CA campus; intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided
