Overview: The Volunteer Program at Cincinnati Children’s is designed for individuals aged 18 and older who are not enrolled in high school. Volunteers assist staff in providing a supportive and engaging environment for patients and their families, gaining valuable experience while making a positive impact on the community.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and not enrolled in high school

• Must commit to the minimum time requirement

• Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination at the interview

• Meet additional medical screening requirements at no cost, including:

• Tdap vaccine or proof of previous vaccination

• Two MMR vaccines or proof of immunity

• QuantiFERON tuberculosis screening

• Two varicella vaccines (if not previously had chickenpox)

• Flu shot (during flu season)
