-You would be a great fit if you have excelled in courses such as Applied Technology or Computer & Information Technology or if you can demonstrate that you are particularly tech-savvy.
-In this role, you will be responsible for preparing electronic and paper case reports, entering paper case reports into the registry database, coding demographic data items and preliminary cancer primary site and histology in the registry database.
-You will be coached and mentored by the Arizona Cancer Registry Operations Manager, and/or others on the team by collaborating with them on group projects.
- The Cancer Registry intern will join our team for 34 weeks, working 19 hours each week.
- Start date - As soon as you’re ready we can accommodate your class schedule so that you may work during business hours.
-You will need to upload a copy of your resume, transcripts, and cover letter explaining how your skills are a good fit for this position, must have a current GPA standing of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
