Overview: The Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) is a week-long residential leadership program for high school students with disabilities (Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors). The 2025 YLF will take place in-person from July 14 to July 19, 2025, at California State University, Sacramento, offering a college dormitory experience. Delegates will also have the option to attend virtual post-YLF workshops in the months following the event.

  • Location: California State University, Sacramento (in-person)

  • Modality: Hybrid (in-person program with optional virtual post-YLF workshops)

  • Time Commitment: One week residential program, with additional virtual workshops after the event

  • Cost: Free (COVID-19 precautions may require proof of vaccination and a negative test within 24 hours before arrival)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • High school Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors with disabilities

  • Commitment to attending all in-person program dates (July 14-19, 2025)

    Willingness to engage in leadership activities and program objectives
