Overview: Border Angels promotes a culture of love through advocacy and education, engaging in direct action to defend the rights of migrants and refugees. Established in 1986, Border Angels initially assisted farmworker migrants in North San Diego County and has since expanded its humanitarian work along the entire US-Mexico border. The organization conducts water drops in the desert, supports migrant shelters in Tijuana, and provides legal representation to vulnerable children, among other initiatives.
