Description:

“We Made San Diego” is an internationally award-winning 414-page book celebrating the accomplishments of Latinos who have shaped San Diego. The project has evolved into a video series on YouTube, launched in mid-July 2024, produced by David Sawicki. This is a Triple V exclusive internship, and interns selected from our fellowship will have the opportunity to be mentored more hands-on by David Sawicki. Interns will receive training and engage in various areas, including:

  • Filmmaking: Assist on set in San Diego, and participate in different production levels.

  • Promotion: Manage social media, website (WordPress), and publicity efforts.

  • Administration: Conduct research, handle legal matters, seek distribution, and maintain records.

  • Fund Development: Engage in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.

Working remotely by phone and computer is preferred. A passion for Latino culture and history is a plus! Flexible hours. For more information, email Apply@triple3v.org!
