Organization Overview:
The Fairfax County Foster Care Mentoring Program seeks volunteers to mentor youth in the foster care system. Mentors provide guidance, support, and encouragement to foster youth, helping them build self-confidence and develop important life skills as they transition to adulthood. This program aims to make a meaningful impact in the lives of foster youth through consistent, caring mentorship.

  • Modality: In-person (on-site mentorship opportunities)

  • Compensation: Unpaid volunteer position

  • Estimated Time Commitment: Minimum commitment of one year, with regular meetings and activities

Eligibility Requirements:
