Overview: Microsoft’s Technical Program Management Internship within the Neurodiversity Hiring Program provides students with the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of product features and services. Interns collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. • Compensation: $5,460–$10,680 per month (varies by location)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Must have at least one semester/term remaining after the internship

• Eligible for the Neurodiversity Hiring Program

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year(s) experience in: Engineering, Product/technical program management, and Data analysis or product development
