Overview: Microsoft’s Technical Program Management Internship within the Neurodiversity Hiring Program provides students with the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of product features and services. Interns collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. The Neurodiversity Hiring Program supports candidates with cognitive differences, such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and dyscalculia.

Compensation: $5,460–$10,680 per month (varies by location)
Time Commitment: Full-time internship
Eligibility Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Must have at least one semester/term remaining after the internship

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year(s) experience in: Engineering, Product/technical program management, and Data analysis or product development
