Organization Overview:

Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Talent Acquisition Intern role provides exposure to project management within Talent Acquisition (TA), supporting the team’s strategic goals. This role includes hands-on work in data analysis, change management, and developing standardized resources. Interns will contribute to impactful projects in a supportive environment, gaining mentorship and growth opportunities.

Key Information:

• Location: Hybrid (San Jose, CA, and Carlsbad, CA)

• Modality: Hybrid

• Compensation: $18.50 - $24.50/hr, with a $5,000 relocation stipend if eligible

• Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time, 10-12 weeks starting May 12 or June 16, 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

• Education Level: Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026

• Skills and Experience: No prior work experience required; previous related internships preferred
