Organization Overview: The American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology (AIBRT) offers a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates to intern with its non-profit development team under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Epstein. The internship focuses on donor management, fundraising initiatives, and gaining experience with multidisciplinary non-profit work.

  • Location: San Diego, CA, North County

  • Modality: Onsite

  • Compensation: Unpaid

  • Estimated Time Commitment:

    • Summer/Winter Break: 20+ hours per week

    • School Year: Minimum of 10 hours per week

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Who Can Apply: Students or graduates with U.S. work authorization

  • Skills and Experience: Strong writing skills required; experience in non-profit work preferred but not essential

  • Additional: Interns completing 140 hours on-site are eligible for a recommendation letter from Dr. Epstein
