Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP), founded in 1992, is dedicated to expanding empowering youth-adult relationships across Massachusetts. As an intermediary organization, MMP provides the critical link between national evidence-based research and local programs, enhancing both the quality and quantity of mentoring relationships. MMP supports over 275 mentoring and youth development programs that serve more than 35,000 young people, investing in the tools adults need to provide consistent, caring support to youth. They are committed to sharing best practices, fostering a community for mentors, and pushing for policy and institutional changes.
