Overview: The Marketing & Development Intern will assist in implementing Arc’s Marketing & Development plan, increasing awareness of the organization and its programs, and supporting efforts to research, develop, and secure grant and funding sources.

Key Information:

  • Location: Sulpizio Family Center, 3030 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102

  • Modality: In-person

  • Compensation: Non-paid internship

  • Time Commitment: 8 - 20 hours/week, minimum of 3 months, schedule is flexible

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Suitable for undergraduate/graduate students or others interested in the position

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., HootSuite)

  • Experience with image software (e.g., Photoshop, Publisher, Canva)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Skills in researching and analyzing marketing trends, social media content creation, and strong written/verbal communication skills
