Overview: The Lime Connect Fellowship Program for Students with Disabilities is a prestigious program for highly accomplished rising juniors (current sophomores) with disabilities. It guides Fellows through the summer internship recruitment process, connects them with leading corporate partners for potential internships in Summer 2026, and provides a strong community and leadership development.

  • Location: New York (for the leadership & development symposium), with virtual engagement throughout the year

  • Modality: Hybrid (in-person symposium and ongoing virtual activities)

  • Compensation: Access to scholarships, internships, and professional development opportunities

  • Time Commitment: Year-long program, starting with a July symposium

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Current sophomore (class of 2027) at a four-year university in the U.S.

  • Continuing studies as a full-time student for the 2025-2026 academic year

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Must identify as a person with a visible or invisible disability
