Overview: The Lady Cardinal Mentorship Program is a 4-week paid summer opportunity for North Carolina high school girls (grades 9-12) interested in STEM careers within state government. Participants gain hands-on experience alongside women leaders, complete a group project, and attend professional development sessions.
