Organization Overview:
Iridium is offering a Satellite Operations Internship, providing students with the opportunity to work with the team responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Iridium satellite constellation. The intern will support day-to-day satellite operations, including monitoring system performance, analyzing data, and assisting in troubleshooting issues.

• Location: Leesburg, Virginia

• Modality: In-person (on-site role)

• Compensation: Paid internship

• Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time (summer internship)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Interest or experience in satellite operations or space systems preferred

• U.S. citizenship or legal residency required
