Overview: The Giant Eagle Intern Development Program is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship designed to provide college and university students with hands-on business experience in retail operations and leadership. Interns will gain experience in running a grocery business, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service while learning business fundamentals.

Eligibility Requirements

• Current college or university student with at least one year of university experience

• Strong interest in retail or retail shared services (corporate roles)

• Retail experience preferred but not required

• Ability to adapt to technology trends and work both independently and in a team

• Effective communication and workload management skills
