Overview: Element Biosciences is seeking an Inside Sales Intern to support sales activities for Element AVITI instruments, consumables, and services. This role provides hands-on experience in sales processes, lead qualification, and customer interaction. The intern will gain exposure to commercial operations and develop essential professional skills.

Key Information:

• Location: San Diego, California (onsite)

• Modality: In-person

• Compensation: $25–$40 per hour (based on degree and experience)

• Estimated Time Commitment: Intern/Non-exempt

Eligibility Requirements:

• Junior or Senior year student in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)

• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Comfortable conducting professional presentations
