Overview: BAE Systems is looking for a driven Hardware Engineering Intern for the summer of 2025. Interns will work on hardware development projects, such as building, testing, and analyzing equipment results, and collaborating with engineering teams to support national defense initiatives. The program includes networking opportunities, fun team activities, and mentoring by experienced engineers.

• Compensation: $48,620 - $65,670 per year (full-time salary range)

• Estimated Time Commitment: Full-time, summer internship

Eligibility Requirements:

• Transitioning into junior or senior year in summer 2025

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Hands-on experience with electronics (preferred)

• Skills in using or a desire to learn tools like Phase Noise Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, RF Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, etc.

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and willing to collaborate with the team
