Organization Overview:

WSP USA, a global leader in environmental consulting, is offering a Summer 2025 Geology Internship. Interns will work closely with senior staff, gaining hands-on experience in geology-related tasks, including project research, fieldwork, design analysis, and documentation. This 12-week internship provides an opportunity to develop both technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Information:

  • Location: San Jose, Oakland, Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Fresno, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, San Diego, CA

  • Modality: In-person

  • Compensation: $19.13 - $27.50 per hour

  • Estimated Time Commitment: 12 weeks, full-time starting May 29, 2025

  • Additional Details: No relocation or housing assistance provided

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate Geology or related program (Master’s or PhD preferred)

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Strong communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. at the start of the internship

  • Preferred: Prior internship and leadership involvement on campus
