Overview: The NYC Department of Records and Information Services is seeking motivated volunteers to support public access to New York City's government records. Volunteers will help create educational resources, conduct research, and perform language translations, contributing to the public's understanding of NYC's history through its Municipal Archives and Library. The collection includes over 1.6 million images, photographs, maps, documents, and much more, with historical records dating back to the 1600s.

Roles: Curriculum development, research, and language translation of archival documents

Eligibility Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Good communication skills
Experience in education or curriculum development
Experience conducting research and drafting documents
